You've had plenty of stress in your life, and however you best manage that stress needs to remain a high priority on your to do list. Realize that stress management is an active, not passive activity.
If you think you can do nothing, push the stress down, and internally metabolize it, we are here to tell you that unfortunately you are wrong. Eventually you will burn out. You will start to make mistakes. You may turn to things like drugs and alcohol.Get a hobby, for sure, but in our opinion physical exercise is mandatory for clearing out the plaque in the brain. Whether you are a high-end athlete, a weekend warrior, or a walker around the neighborhood, get the heartrate up and get out of your chair that you spend all day in while on email, teleconferences, and client phone calls. Your physical well-being is the best way to fight off stress and it's all a matter of willpower and prioritization.
If you are less into the physical side of things, might we suggest watching the Hallmark Channel, which is like Prozac, but cheaper and better for the liver. Ted Lasso is also a good call as well and more socially acceptable to tell your friends.
