Getting Frustrated and Thinking People Are Idiots

We've previously discussed this when talking about empathy, but don't fall into the trap of thinking your client or boss is an idiot. Even if they are idiots, it's not going to help your demeanor, energy, or the level of service you provide them. Work the issue, but don't be judgmental about those around you. It will only lead to a negative reputation. Keep your spirits up and your attitude positive to those around you.
