Talking to Another Attorney's Client Without the Attorney

Often in less contentious situations like business, one may find themselves alone with a non-client. When someone is represented by counsel, make sure their counsel is present when you speak to them about a matter at issue. Otherwise just make polite small talk about the weather. The less said the better.
