13: Know What a Junior Lawyer's Value Is
Know what you bring to the table. Know what value you bring as a new lawyer. It most likely won't be your legal knowledge, but rather your raw thinking power. Your availability and the time you can devote to projects should be substantial. You will have new perspectives and abilities for a person your age that can be useful in your practice and your employers'. In general, the value you add is making other people inside and outside of the organization look good.
