Automated Legal Reasoning/Decisions support

Companies like ComplianceHR, Neota Logic and Lexalgo offer decision support systems. For example, Neota Logic offers a platform to build rule based functions and applications (expert systems) that can be used for various purposes. The law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, for example, built a ContractorCheck based on Neota Logic's platform. Thomson Reuters offers an expert system called Checkpoint Catalyst to research tax issues. There are many other examples of automated legal reasoning based on rule-based functions with a significant share in the LegalTech market.
