Following the above review of important relevancies as the editor sees them, concluding remarks will be devoted to our most crucial problem: to verify the working hypotheses proposed in the Introduction against the facts and opinions presented by the six authors.
Generally speaking, both hypotheses, the three-level structure of law and the interaction between received law and indigenous law, are found verified in their basic formulations, together with the definitions of their component concepts. At the same time, it has also been found needful to elaborate the definitions of some of the concepts, and to improve the formulations of the hypotheses in further detail and appropriateness.
