Bonus Commandment for Those Working with Contracts!

Okay, so we have one more we didn't know where to put but wanted to highlight. It only applies to those of you who will work with contracts. It's easy and small, but here's the pro tip: when creating signature blocks, put one signature per page and always leave the dates blank. This way if you get a name wrong on a signature block, or one changes, you don't have to go get everyone's signature again. Leave dates open until the closing date, then fill in.
