Being Inconsiderate of Others' Calendars

Consider when you are delivering work to senior people. If something needs to be done Monday, don't send to them Friday afternoon for their review. You just blew up their weekend. Deliver things early. If someone's weekend is getting blown up, it should be yours, not theirs.
