In the period from 1000 to 1200 A.D., and chieflly between 1050 and 1150, feudal arrangements in Europe underwent substantial changes, which may be classified under the following headings: (1) objectivity; (2) universality; (3) reciprocity of rights of lords and vassals; (4) participatory adjudications; (5) integration; and (6) growth.
